for the purchase of vouchers

Purchase and delivery conditions
I. Definition
a) Voucher = Voucher with a deposited value, which can be used as a means of payment for services at La Soa Alpenchalets & Event GmbH.

II. the contract is concluded with Alpenchalets & Event GmbH and comes into force with the payment of the voucher.

III. order process
In order to keep the ordering costs as low as possible and to speed up the ordering process for the buyer, vouchers can be paid directly by credit card or Klarna and the voucher can then be downloaded free of charge. In addition, it will be sent by e-mail. Alternatively, the vouchers can also be sent by mail (Deutsche Post). If the voucher is sent by mail, the voucher price may increase by the shipping costs.

The vouchers are provided with a unique barcode, which is required to redeem the voucher. The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the voucher template. Alpenchalets & Event GmbH is not liable for misuse, for example in case of duplication of the voucher template. Each voucher code can only be redeemed once (partial redemption of vouchers is possible). Alpenchalets & Event GmbH considers the voucher first brought to the presentation as the original.

V. Minimum age
Persons over the age of 18 are entitled to make purchases in our Internet store.

V. Prices, products, validity
1. the purchased vouchers with the respective total value cannot be redeemed in cash.

2. if the service provided by Alpenchalets & Event GmbH is less than the value of the voucher, the consumption will be recorded in Alpenchalets & Event GmbH and the remaining amount will remain on the value voucher for further use.

3. invoicing with proof of tax can only be issued at the time of actual service provision, that is, as soon as the voucher is redeemed (UstG).

4. no liability is assumed for late delivery by mail.

5. the voucher is only valid when the amount due has been paid in full.

VI. value vouchers are considered as a means of payment and are valid for 3years, unless otherwise discussed.

VII. deviations in illustrations of the goods for sale are possible. Errors and changes in the articles reserved. These are sample images.

VIII. Security Guarantee & Privacy Policy
Your security has the highest priority! Therefore, data such as credit card number, bank code, account number, name and address when paying with credit cards via a protected SSL line to our partner INCERT e-Tourismus GmbH & Co. KG, Leonfelder Straße 328, A-4040 Linz. Thus, no unauthorized person can read your entered data during the transmission on the Internet. To provide additional security in the voucher store, we apply a number of additional security measures. Your data will be processed by us with the help of automation.

X. Loss
In case of loss, theft or invalidation of vouchers, no compensation can be provided by Alpenchalets & Event GmbH.

X. Personal data
By providing personal data, the buyer agrees to the determination, storage and processing of the data disclosed in the submitted form. The buyer expressly agrees to the storage of his data.

XI. Choice of law and place of jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg.

Cancellation policy
I. Right of revocation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period. II. Redemption of the voucher before the expiry of the revocation period
If vouchers have already been fully or partially redeemed or used during the revocation period of 14 days, the contract can no longer be revoked.

III. consequences of the revocation
If you revoke the contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. The purchased vouchers lose their validity immediately with the date of revocation.
